In The Name of Allah, The Most Graceful, The Most Merciful
Assalamualaikum guys!
For my very first post, actually, I've been staring at the wall for quite a long time looking for some inspiration or any ideas, then... ssup!
The short but great word 'Bismillahirrahmanirrahim' made me think, what's so special about this word?
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Bismillah is the first word in the holy Quran; first ayat in surah al-Fatihah. The first revelation for prophet Muhammad SAW is "Iqra'" which means read, and the full ayat itself means "Recite in the name of your Lord (Allah), who created".
This ayat shows the importance to start our action with Bismillah. But why?
When we start doing our work, studies or any other actions with Bismillah, it means we have sought Allah's blessing and putting Allah first in all situations. By doing this, we are expressing that only Allah holds all the powers and all the action is by Allah's will.
Therefore, Allah is the one we should rely upon, along with our effort.
Last but not least, don't forget to start your day with Bismillah :)
Until the next post,
Amirah
